As things progress, it turns out Dex is now DexOne and is owned by the Carlyle Group among others. They have been forwarded an e-mail from correspondence with Qwest in relation to the neighbor's use of Dex to commit harassment and invasion of privacy. The screw is turning.

You are legally, at least around here, to put up tarps to block whatever you want it to block. My neighbors have a bunch up because of our floodlights. Just throw some up, and if he does anything to take them down, that's destruction of property.

What really rakes a person's balls is the fact that these people have marijuana growers and users in their family. I guess they must feel a threat to their quality or something. Nothing worse then a two-faced, lying, fucking hypocrite. :cursing:
