Caregivers Remaining Compliant post 1284/109 It's my understanding that with this new legislation, large scale private, for profit caregivership is now illegal, since caregivers have to limit themselves to 5 patients. Unless a large scale private caregiver pays the licensing fees to become a dispensary, they can't operate moving forward. If they do, they risk prosecution right? I have a primary caregiver. He seems to be very uninformed of these new rules and regulations. He is most definitely compliant pre 1284, but since he's over 99 Rating: 5
