Actually I'm all for public service whether its in the military, the Peace Corps, or another activity that supports what America truly stands for. We need an serious image makeover. The Peace Corps, originated by JFK, was intended to show the third world how to come into the so-called modern era. But, as with everything else, it has been subverted by the CIA and all the other sneaky bastard groups and its no longer trusted in it original intent.

Regardless, as citizens, its time for you young people to do your duty if you ever want this nation to survive and return to it original intent. Time for every country to become the land of the free and for people to stay in their native lands. And this can be done by us actually teaching people, not indoctrinating or demanding religious or political conversions.

I served in the Marines in the 60s-70s and would do it again if I was young enough. I learned something about the people where I was stationed. Mainly, that they are humans too and deserve just as much respect as I expected myself. Needless to say, you had to watch your back, but with jarhead brothers, that wasn't much of a biggie. Marines look out for each other.

But, I digress, get the fuck out and serve in some way. Its your duty as a citizen. You want change, then make it happen, don't expect others to do it for you.
