This is Rangel's bill, don't think its gonna go far now :jointsmile: I think he introduced this to make a point that white guys need to serve in the military, too or something. who the fuck knows they're all bat shit crazy out there. :wtf:

TITLE II--AMENDMENTS TO MILITARY SELECTIVE SERVICE ACT

SEC. 201. REGISTRATION OF FEMALES.

(a) Registration Required- Section 3(a) of the Military Selective Service Act (50 U.S.C. 453(a)) is amended--

(1) by striking â??maleâ?? both places it appears;

(2) by inserting â??or herselfâ?? after â??himselfâ??; and

(3) by striking â??heâ?? and inserting â??the personâ??.

(b) Conforming Amendment- Section 16(a) of the Military Selective Service Act (50 U.S.C. App. 466(a)) is amended by striking â??menâ?? and inserting â??personsâ??.
