Are you sure the soil is ok?
Are the seeds viable?

Maybe try another method, ie if you're using paper towels, don't. Pop the seeds in good quality moist soil, watered with clean water, and then make some kind of humidity dome (I used a a cup with cling-wrap over top), and give them 18/6 light. And be patient

They cracked within a few days and I planted them in pots and put them in a rubbermaid stealth box I made. I have 1 47 watt CFL and 1 29 watt CFL in there for 2 plants located 4-5 inches above the plant. After planting the seeds I watered them and let the light do there work. I checked on them daily and 5 days later nothing even had sprouted. I knew the plants were most likely Rating: 5
