Need help.

Hey peoples,
Im totally new to growing and this is my first time trying it. I bought lowryder x2 and germinated them. They cracked within a few days and I planted them in pots and put them in a rubbermaid stealth box I made. I have 1 47 watt CFL and 1 29 watt CFL in there for 2 plants located 4-5 inches above the plant. After planting the seeds I watered them and let the light do there work. I checked on them daily and 5 days later nothing even had sprouted. I knew the plants were most likely dead, so I just dug them up to find that hadent really grown and had turned a yellowish color and simply died. I have intake and outake fans, The soil was not dry, and im confident that the lighting was acceptable and not too hot. I tried again and still 4 days later after planting germinated seeds, they never sprouted. I dont know what Im doing wrong and would really like some help.

Hey there,
I'm no expert, but I know what the experts are going to say... More details please.
How are you germinating?
Are you sure the soil is ok?
Are the seeds viable?

Maybe try another method, ie if you're using paper towels, don't. Pop the seeds in good quality moist soil, watered with clean water, and then make some kind of humidity dome (I used a a cup with cling-wrap over top), and give them 18/6 light. And be patient
