Just found out I have a job interview tomorrow. I may or may not be tested. I had a few hits 2 days ago. I was planning on diluting but everything I read says I'm too late for any creatine boosting. I diluted a couple months ago and passed but I had also been clean for 30 days or so and the job was a long shot at best and I didn't get it. All I did then for creatine was a steak and a couple burgers probably 2 days before. This time I don't have that option. I was considering subbing but the temperature just scares the hell out of me. I'm 5'8" and about 160 with a pretty quick metabolism. So I guess my question is how important is creatine levels on the instant read type of tests and am I screwed? Thanks for any help.
