its a day when all the smokers in the world blaze.....i beleive it started when some kids in america decided that everyday at 4:20 they would smoke or somthing....im not too sure.....somthing like that....im sure someone else has a better explanation.

Unfortunately, on 4/21 the day after 4/20 at 9am, I am told to take a college admission test as required when I registered for my local community college. My question is, say if I get blazed all day on 4.20 after school, when any lingering hangover effects take place the next day on 4/21 when my test is required? In others words, how long does thc affect your mental capacity? I dont want to fuck up Rating: 5

THC does affect memory, but it only affects short term memory and only for the duration of the high. Translation: when you come down again, your mental capacities are back to normal. Don't be afraid to get really stoned; I'm sure it won't lower your score any smoking a day before the test.
