    Light Quanity: veg vs flower

    I hear ppl talk of 2 quanities of light (250/100 400/250 600/400 1000/600 etc.) use comparing veg light and bud light. Which needs the higher and lower??

    Higher wattage during vegging, lower during flowering.

    Think of it like the seasons of the year.... during the summer months when the plant vegetates, it is brighter and hotter in nature opposed to the fall months where plants generally recieve less light at a lower tempature .

    However, I recommend using the same wattage throughout the entire grow. There is no real need for it.
