He just wants to be able to go to a dispensary and obtain his meds. However, he'd like to shop around before he does this. Does he need to choose a caregiver before he gets the card or can he shop around first? If this allowed under the new rules? It's all so confusing. Also, how long will he need to be a resident to obtain a card? He clearly qualifies, he has ms and suffers horrible spasms. Thanks! Rating: 5
