Speed up your metabolism - 5 meals a day (breakfast, 2 lunches, 2 dinners) all about 2 hours apart - this is proven success to speed it up and strip fat (no carb diet works best - cut out breads pasta etc and eat chicken, red meat(porthouse, rump or scotch fillet) and continue to exercise. Cut all sugar out and im sure if you continue to push the work out you should be fine.

I'v smoked every day for the last 10 months and iv been clean for 12 days now and I'm starting to get faint lines and i spose i was a medium - heavy toker!
