    Medicating for ADD / ADHD

    I medicate for daytime ADD, and night time Insomnia.

    Cannabis seems to have a reverse effect on me. Sativa strains make me incredibley sleepy, often leaving me with couch-lock. It is good for my insomnia and anxiety when I am trying to sleep, but bad for day time medicating.

    High grade Indica strains keep me nice and alert, perking me up without making me feel tired or sluggish. I have found that Indica strains are better for my ADD during daytime hours.

    When I first got my MMR, my doctor told me to smoke Sativa during the day, and Indica at night. This turned out to be the exact opposite for me. Has anyone else experienced the reverse effects of Cannabis? The following strains I use for my ADD. I found that they work best for my ADD.

    * Sensi Star
    * White Widow
    * Purple Widow
    * Northern Lights
    * Hash Plant
    * Hindu Kush

    yea its just you. Because I medicate the same way but I use a good sativa durning the day and a indica at night. Although I don't live in a medical state so I mostly smoke indica because thats usually all thats around. I'll get a good sativa once maybe out of 50 bags. I wish I could pick and choose which strains I smoke/vape.

    I think cannabis does not really cure people of their ADHD. It might fix the symptoms for a while then end up worse with side effects or addictive qualities. Many parents struggling with ADHD teens turn to schools that specialize in helping teens with ADHD. ADHD Schools are very usefulness for the hyperactivity disorder. They provide the accurate information and advice about health, relation ship and growing up of struggling teenager.

    Do we have an ADHD teacher in the house?

    Each case is individual and any generalities would not fit into 'addictive' personalities! You can get addicted to bananas! pr

    Medicating for ADD / ADHD

    I'm still looking for a strain that can help with my concentration issues. My doctor is currently testing me for ADD/ADHD and I've read where Sativa dominant strains of Marijuana can help ADD/ADHD. I have only been getting MIDS here in Ohio and it helps my anxiety and depression but not my ADD/ADHD issues. Ohio really needs medical Marijuana so I can just walk in and pick a strain easily. I should just move to Cali. lol
