Fox response to Sherrod fallout: Ignore, whitewash, mislead

After all your inuendo's and bullshit, tell us. What was the White House's response to the video? Did they demand the entire transcript to try and get a handle on context and intent, or did they go off half-cocked (again) and fire the reverse-racist at the request of the NAACP?

Typical - bait and switch. Don't address the issue at hand but point the finger somewhere else. Blame anyone you can. It's the White House. Yeah that's the ticket. Why don' t you just come out and say, 'hey, what Brietbart and Fox did was just wrong by any measure'. But you can't see that can you?

heh nah just trying to preserve the integrity of the site and the worthwhile members, don't want to see things turn into more of a circus. Already silly enough here having a spammer with all his glorious character flaws that make him such an inconsequential member of this great medical marijuana site. I too have no intention of removing him from ignore. If I really want to hear the delusional chatter he constantly insists on regurgitating, I will go directly to the source and turn on Fox news. At least that way I will not have to face the aggravation of attempting to have a conversation with someone who is incapable of answering a question, comprehending a post or article properly with in the least a rudimentary understanding, that constantly insists on the sloppy perpetuation of a false persona via an internet message board for what ever silly purpose that serves. I really could go on but I feel I am in danger of being the creator of the worlds longest run-on sentence, plus my intention is not to insult, but rather to explain my actions.

Hell, I'll never really see eye to eye with any of you, especially the die hard bipartisan Politricks crowd, but at least most of the members here at least attempt to have an honest and or productive discussion/argument despite opposing viewpoints and the occasional virility of the posts. Not to mention, this sub-forum is by no means the point of this website, remember why most of us are here. :twocents:

You forget, oh sophmoric one...The dems are in charge. Blaming a lack of success passing any piece of legislation shows:
1) the dems are refusing to meet the republicans half way on all issues.
2) they can't even get their majority to pass without obstruction.

Pretty friggin sad when those in charge of both houses and the White House can't pull their heads out long enough to accompolish the duties of their offices...

How is there a Breitbart conspiracy in that? Was there a White House conspiracy also, seeing as how her resignation was demanded without the whole story? The NAACP mishandled their own propoganda, and the results are still to be witnessed.

Either you believe the lies of the Fox/Limbaugh noise machine or you are making it up as you go along, which is pretty much in keeping with the noise machine.

The NAACP did not release the video clip. Brietbart heavily edited the video to produce the 2:36 minute clip that grossly distorted the true nature of Sherrod's comments. Less than 24 hours later Fox ran it through the idiot machine. Stop trying to cover up. Accept what they did and we can all move on. I'm happy to agree that it was mishandled by USDA and the White House. But they did not create this fairytale. Can you imagine the noise if this thing were reversed?
