Well I had my spine fusion and let me tell you, the first three days were pure hell. I've been smoking OG Kush and its crazy I get super stoned but still in pain. Im guessing the pain is cause its still fresh from surgery. I'm living here in Chicago and I dont know anyone with Trainwreck all I can get is OG Kush and a strain called "lorine". I'll see what I can do about getting some trainwreck for the back pain. Thank you all for your kind words and support!

I am currently using OG Kush for pain management, and let me tell you this stuff is AMAZING! But the OG is hard to get, it sells quick and doesn't come around that often. Without smoking I take between 6-8 Norco a day. With smoking I only take 1-2pills a day. I don't understand why this is still illegal?! Thanks for everyone's advice on the strain.
