Congrats, I have to quit smoking for at least 2 weeks to get that high. Like ub3r said, enjoy it, don't ruin it by letting the paranoia get to you. When you're really blazed and you panic, the mind has a funny way of making you think bad things are happening (when I was 14 I thought I was having a heart attack). Just remember to breath and remind yourself that "its only some chronic, it can't hurt me." Then relax and smoke some more. lol

Seriously tho, when I was younger I used to kill my buzz by thinking about how high I was and freaking out. Then later I'd be pissed at myself for wasting it.
