Yellow Leaves & Brown Spot??? Droopy Plant NEED HELP

Plants are about 3 1/2 weeks old....need help...ANY ADVICE is HELPFUL!!!
water once a day ph'd tap jus recently switched to botanicare pure gro at half strength with distilled water ....tha droopy plant picks up thens starts droopin again, i dont kno wut it could be...and the brown spots look like stains, also yellowish tint...anyway im postin pix

When the leaves curl under like that, kind of like a claw, that means overwatering. A common occurrence when first starting out. Depending on your heat in the room, you shouldn't be watering more than once every 3 or 4 days. Or even at that size of plants, once a week. Let them dry our for a few days and they'll recover.

Thanx bro! Wut about the bottom yellow leaves with brownish stains on the darker green droopy plant. wut does this look like?
