INDICARE Reviewed by INDICARE on . Feel like i'm getting ripped off I am in need of some help. I have recently attained my medical marijuana authorization and i feel like i'm getting ripped off. By getting My authorization i figured it should be cheaper now, but it's quite the opposite.These dispensaries charge more than street value and some of the quality is not even that good.
