Your reccommendation is the type of comment that caused this whole clusterfuck that we are dealing with now called HB10-1284 and SB-109.

If they don't have an actual qualifying condition, why not just reccommend that they become a caregiver and grow nonprofit for up to 5 patients. They can learn to grow, do it at home, and do something good for the patients.

Don't screw it up even more for the people that genuinely have a need by advising people to scam the med system.
That person quite obviously has a medical need for it, I was just offering a suggestion on the easiest course to get legal.

Until the rules are changed and 'chronic pain' is removed as a condition, then people will continue to 'game' the system. When doctor's become afraid to help people 'game' the system, this will continue.

These regulations don't really affect me, so I don't have an opinion on 1284 or 109. A20 makes it much too easy to qualify.
