Forget the asthma, focus on the health conditions allowed, chronic pain being the easiest to qualify with. It's absurdly easy to get legal, I would guess 95% of the applications list chronic pain as the medical condition.
You are saying that it's best to scam the system? Lie and commit fraud in order to get a license? Why not just go ahead and get a handicapped parking tag while you are at it?

Your reccommendation is the type of comment that caused this whole clusterfuck that we are dealing with now called HB10-1284 and SB-109.

If they don't have an actual qualifying condition, why not just reccommend that they become a caregiver and grow nonprofit for up to 5 patients. They can learn to grow, do it at home, and do something good for the patients.

Don't screw it up even more for the people that genuinely have a need by advising people to scam the med system.
