But maybe you're right. A public forum is the best place to tell the world that Medical Marijuana is really just a big sham. Anybody can get a rec... just make up some bogus condition pay the DR. and you're golden. Belly up to the bud bar and fill your jars with the latest treats and frosty nuggets!

NOTE: I know this is a pretty long thread, but I have some serious questions and if anyone has the time or interest I would love to learn a few things! Boy are we living an an exciting time! I never thought I would see the day where one could legally (technically) get medical care from Marijuana. It seems like we are on the brink of a Brave new World. If they don't have an actual qualifying condition, why not just reccommend that they become a caregiver and grow nonprofit for up to 5 patients. They can learn to grow, do it at home, and do something good for the patients.

i see your point. but the cat is out of the bag thanks to 9news and the like. it will hopefully be a long time until v2 comes out and by that time we will be looking for legalization.

You can grow for five people as a private caregiver without having a medical card. You can't charge more than what it takes to produce your crop unless you provide additional wellness services, which you can charge whatever you want to for. I know a caregiver who plans on doing $30 eighths that include a one minute prayer for your herb. :jointsmile:
