Messing with Light Cycle!!
well of course. Switching the light cycle send the plants into flower. This is when males and females will able to be pop up. Kill the males when you find them(that is unless you want some seeds).

Staring with clones is easier. Good genetics and you are guarenteed to get all females. Then when you switch to seed, you will be able to identify males because they look different from what you are used to seeing. That is the route I am going.
