Yes On Prop 19 Campaign
Hi, Rich!
I, too, have signed up to volunteer for Yes on 19. I had some materials after seeing Judge Gray debate a couple weeks ago here in SoCal.
If I had some more flyers and stickers to distribute, they'd go just as fast as the ones I gave out at the local shopping center.
The response was mostly positive, particularly among young people. There were many good conversations, and a lot of enthusiasm for what most seem to see as an overdue repeal of the current law.
Hook me up with propaganda materials, and I can get them out there!
I'd also like to see your response to Jetta17's link. Obviously, giant corporations have the advantage here, but that's no reason to let them have it all.

^ yeah, i agree jetta brings up some interesting facts there. i haven't personally verified all of them but he seems like an honest guy and i do understand the concern over genetic engineraf*cking in general with ALL plants. keeping pure natural strains is important.
but that said, no need to vote no on this prop. :twocents: vote yes, use your newly annointed right to grow legally without med docs, but nothing else changes. there will always be a market for real cannabis just like there is a strong market for organic foods, nobody likes any of that crap in general and i agree we do need to watch them.

Vote No, I really just read up on this situation. VOTE NO, it sound all good but really read the fine print dont let the State fool you with "oh its legal 100%" its not going to be the way you all think its going to be! I'm starting a thread as to why all with facts why please read into it. If we vote yes to how they want it "legalized" now you will all regret it VERY VERY VERY fast and there will be no going back.

i can tell you one thing for sure.If it is legalized and the tobacco companies start selling it.It will be a cold day in hell that i will buy thier product. For what they have done to the human race our friends and families with their deadly product we should all never buy from them.
I just lost a friend to cancer at the age of 43.He was a tobacco chewer and only lasted 9 months after the diagnosiss

Man I'm so sorry to hear that.My uncle lost his life to throat Cancer from smoking as well, but they arnt the ones you need to fear its The Government and state they will be the ones growing and distributing it. Big Tabacco and the Alcohol kings don't want it to pass because it will put dent on their profit margin. Marijuana is an amazing plant many people can quit more harmful habits like, drugs, alcohol, and Tabacco by switching to Marijuana.

It will not affect prop 215, med users still have all the same rights, it just adds a set of laws to non med smokers......
