Hair Test Next Month Heeeelp

Hey Guys,

So I smoked habitually for a few years, and stopped around May 19th. I thought I was going to be having a hair test for an AWESOME job Mid to Late August, so I abstained. I spoke to somebody who got this job, and they told me "don't sweat it, no hair test". Sooo last night (07/16/10) I hit a bong about 6 times and a bowl 4-5.

He was wrong. I will have a hair test mid-late August. I know there are a few decent methods listed here (I think Macujo is one everybody raves about?) and products like zydot and whatnot that are supposed to help protect you.

I am 5'10", fast metabolism, dark brown hair, run a few miles almost everyday and lift weights 3-4 times a week. Some reassuring (but true) words/the best course of action for the test would be much appreciated. I've heard some people say they take from the ankle with men...if that is true, am I fucked? Should I just shampoo my whole body in this skin destroying concoction?
