new member in need of some advice (long post)

hey guys first i would like to say that i love this site and have been for a long time and just finally decided to sign up a few weeks ago as there is so much info and experienced people willing to help. im not new to growing but im still a novice when it comes down to it. i grow for medicinal purposes, its not legal in my state yet but we are working on that. this grow is strictly for my consumption only so for me to yeild an ounce or two of quality bud would make a big difference as i pay around 400-650 bucks a month for my own as it is. anyway ill get down to it ,
* i recently went out and got the basics a cab that is 3'x2'x30"tall (usable height),
*got 2 mylar saftey blankets from walmart
* grow rocks for the top layer of the soil and for the bottom for drainage
*bought a 15/5 amp dual digital timer,
* have 3 computer fans, one small, one med. size and a large one.(large one is a 4 inch i believe, .2 a, no other specs.)
* i have a bunch of old chargers for phones and random electronics so i have all of the power supplies ill need as far as powering the fans with the correct voltage and at least 50 percent more amperage than they would need.
*bought 4 6500k 23w bulbs,
*lights of usa florescent grow light 24" 17w (for the back wall) 1100 lumens
*2x lights of usa florescent lights 18" 15w 800 lumens (for each side)
*have 1 bag of each perlite, vermiculite, peat moss, jiffy starter mix, 72 jiffy cubes
*have an oscilating fan with 3 speeds for circulation
*3 2inch holes cut along the bottom for air to be drawn in (exhaust is at the top ofcourse , its the 4 inch computer fan and seems to be doing ok)
*have shultz 10-15-10 , superthrive , miracle grow 8-7-6 and the dissolving packs of miracle grow that have a very high N content(have to check) i also purchased some mollases a few days ago
*i have an old fish tank top that holds two of my cfls so i stuck that on the hangers that hold the drawer slides and it holds nicely, i have the plants in 6 inch pots raised up to about 4 inches from the tops of the plants.
* plants are of unknown genetics, started 2 weeks ago out of my collection of 300 seeds, these are some of the top 50 or so.
i know alot of this is kind of vauge but i just have a few simple questions. this first bagseed grow is to get dialed in to growing and learn and hopefully ill get somthing out of it but im really looking for knowledge out of this first grow because i will be searching for better genetics which leads to one of my questions later.(ive grown outdoors, never until harvest though)

what other things to i need to look at, what am i missing?? this will be in an old shop that is well shaded and clean , lights come on at night to keep the heat from killing them., fan has been running all day no matter what and im only using 2 23w bulbs along with the 2 18" lights and the one 24" , around 5500 lumens all together, and the plants are surrounded on the side by lighting hoping that would help, is this enough for veg? the plants are being lifted as the lights are mounted for now so im not really using all of the space in the cab, maybe about 30 percent is being used right now. 5 plants by the way,i had to cull one, just lagging behind so i put it outside. im using 2 parts peat moss,1 part perlite and vermiculite. since this is all separate stuff im using i didnt think there would be any nutrients in any of this mix and i cant find anything on the bags that say anything about nutes so ive been using shultz at about 1/10 strength. growth seems a little slow and my stems seem weak but ive kept the fan goin and on a 15/9 sched. (for heat reasons)
i know this is a long post just hoping for some advice

my biggest question is how the hell do i get seeds in the US? ive never seen someone get an answer to that question thats why im asking, ive seen seed banks that send here i just dont know exactly how to go about it the right way, ive heard that attitude is a good place to work with, but how exactly do i go about this without ending up in trouble? anyway sorry for the long post hope someone could throw a little knowledge my way. thanks

dude getting seeds is not hard at all..use the search option on this site type in seed banks or attitude <wich i use and never had a problem,im in the us use them always get free stuff as well and use the gauranteed method!

Similar situation where profile and stealth are important. I use boutiqueseeds.com as do a number of people here. You can use your credit card but they also have a cash service which I have used a number of times. You complete your order online but click the send cash option. Then you mail in $$ along with the order number. They send the seeds after they receive your $$. This means no paper trail at all. I also ship to 3rd party address.
