If someone is using your authorization to grow that means you can't have those plants...it's your 60 day supply...if you aren't getting something of that for free they are screwing you.

If they have meds and you temporarily make them a dp then standard rates will and should apply. But most patients I know don't smoke more than a couple ounces a month, your provider if they are using your authorization to grow should be able to just give you that. If not find a new provider...and don't expect 24 ounces every 60 days, but 28-100 grams every 60 days seems fair to me, and would be enough to cover most people's needs.
