Hello to you all.
I'm new here after having lurked around for awhile and then deciding that it was bad manners to do so I thought I would join you all.

I'm 47 live and work in London an d have 3 grown children.
I suffer from fibromyalgia and am trying to find away out of the pain I am constantly in.
So am looking for advice and help. From what I have already seen on the site there is a wealth of knowledge to tap into here and I look forward to learning more.
