1) Be carefull with that foil, light reflecting off of it can create hot spots from the wrinkles.
2)Sounds like they might be ready but how about a pic of the roots to be sure

I have not had any roots pop out the bottom but the roots that are coming out the side of the stg cube hang about 1/4inch past the bottom of the cube. The cubes they are in were probably cut to long, they are about 3inches tall. My question is are they ready to go into the buckets yet and how much hydroton should I place on the bottom of the net pot. I am using DWC, 5 gallon black buckets my Rating: 5
