Here it is. Finally got off my lazy butt and made one:

This may be the first part in a series of movies about venturi construction. This depends on feedback.

...anyone who has a brain in their head! Your stuph rocks, 'ponic'erb!

I will be youtube-ing your venturi thing in about 20 seconds... I'd really like to do the best I can for my four goils that are currently in DWC sharing one four ga. bucket, but about to get their own as soon as they start showing roots outside their new mesh cups.

Anything that you can show me that will help me mega-oxygenate my hydro is MUCH appreciated, mon!

    Kudos. (REP+!)

    thanks

if you use a venturi make sure you have plenty of water to cool the electric motor. i have made the mistake of running a venturi with no buffer and water heats a lot. i would use airpumps in that scenario. use like 3 double outlet air pumps with different grade diffuser fittings and 1 just weighted with an open end so large bubbles can blast out and churn the solution.

i always bought 100 ' extra airline so i could put the airpumps in a cool location and draw in that cool air to cool the system. you should be running at about 69-70 degrees f for optimal stress reduct and DO levels; you can get an aquarium thermometer cheap.

I got a great atomizer in the works. It blows a fog similar in grade to dry ice fog. Works very well for pesticide delivery as it surrounds the pest from all sides with aerosol particles that penetrate deep into the crevaces in their armor.

problem is i am using a $10 raft pump from walmart and its not designed for continuous use.

This might be of interest, its my way of aerating my DWC. I call it SRDWC! Maybe it'll bring some new ideas to the table. Check out my video on Super Recirculating Deep Water Culture SRDWC! Super Recirculating Deep Water Culture! - YouTube
