Civil Rights Commision to Investigate Black Panther Case
Ya know......since race hustler Eric Holder and the DOJ won't do anything about black people dressed in military fatigues waving billy clubs at people trying to vote. IMAGINE if this were white people......LMAO......The FBI, DOJ, and the NSA would be all over this story. As well as NBC,CNN,ABC, AND CBS.

and today we get the sworn affidavit from 2 more DOJ officials (which means they could be charged with perjury) claiming race policies at the Department of Justice and ERIC HOLDER.

Pajamas Media » Former DOJ Colleagues Confirm Whistleblower Adams’ Accusations
Sooooooo, members of black panthers who stand outside polling stations with batons.....just fine......grass roots political action groups.....racist. Im sure if this would have been two WHITE males standing outside a polling station in fatigues with batons Eric Holder and the DOJ would be all over this.
C'mon Democrats......leave your history of Plantation Politics back in the 60's.

It was President Bush's Justice Department, not Obama's, that made the decision not to pursue criminal charges against members of the New Black Panther Party for alleged voter intimidation at a Philadelphia polling center in 2008. But don't let this upset your narrative.
The fox news / republican noise machine is working overtime to make this a story in an effort to associated Obama with these nut balls. Hey, it worked with Bush I (see Willie Horton).

Uhhhhhhh, ERIC HOLDER made the final decision as the newly appointed head of the Department of Justice not to prosecute when it came to court......nobody is saying Obama put the Black Panthers up to this. Eric Holder choosing NOT to prosecute video taped VOTER INTIMIDATION and the Mainstream Media silence on this issue is LAUGHABLE. Now.....CNN,ABC,CBS, and all the other liberal outlets are being forced to cover the story.......its HILARIOUS. The days of old news are OVER.
Even i hope Obama gets some good news soon.....its getting nasty for him.

uhhhhh... as usual you present part of the story that fits your narrative. Evidence? We don't need no stinkin' evidence. Why don't you offer something that proves what you are saying. I'll back up my position below. I bet you can't do the same.
The case was downgraded to a civil case 11 days before Obama was inaugurated, 26 days before Eric Holder became attorney general. Why? Because there was no case to be made.
It is worth noting that the Obama administration successfully obtained default judgment against Samir Shabazz, a member of the New Black Panther Party carrying a nightstick outside the Philadelphia polling center on Election Day 2008.
Also note that voter intimidation usually involves actions against voters you wish to keep away from the polls. In this case, the alleged intimidation happened in a majority black district and heavily democratic. Who were they intimidating?
In a similar case, the Bush administration DOJ chose not to pursue similar charges against members of the Minutemen, one of whom was seen carrying a weapon while harassing Hispanic voters in Arizona in 2006. The DOJ did not pursue allegations that Minutemen intimidated Hispanic voters with a gun in 2006. This is just more race baiting from the right. Get used to it. They've decided it is good strategy to paint white people as victims and that Obama is out to get whitey for all the years of slavery and oppression.

No case to be made??? Is that a joke?? The shits on video homie......unlike any support for the congressman saying he was called the N word.
This falls directly on Mr. Holders shoulders and the racial policies being used by the DOJ. Thus...its a legitimate attack and one thats starting to stick
Here is the VIDEO again for all
YouTube - "Security" patrols stationed at polling places in Philly
Thats called VOTER INTIMIDATION and its a Felony
Again....if that had been white people dressed in fatigues with clubs outside a poll.....LMAO.....we woulda heard Obama and his regime crying bloody murder and howling about white militia'sn lol.
