I'm interested in making Tinctures/salves, for a business, alcohol and DSMO based?, pleasant tasting, I want to make the best top shelf medicinals for helping patients in pain.

I need idea's on best type bottles and sizes and were to purchase them at cost, best dispensary's and pricing estimates in Norcal. Labels and were to get them made. Suggested supplies I will need to start my business??? Help with going to dispensary's and advice in marketing.
