Orange powder in grinder

My friend and I opened his well used coffee grinder(he uses to it grind bud) and there was this orange powder caked to all the inside of the grinder...we're not sure if we should smoke the bud or not has anyone else seen this??

The orange powder in my grinder is like hash. It should be the red hairs from the buds you were grinding. I have a "Keef" catcher at the bottom of my grinder and it gathers a nice little pile of smoke every so often.

Unless someone has used the grinder for some other purpose that should be some good smoke.

yeah man if it was clean and you only use it to grind up bud then thats all keif and be careful cuz it will buk you up..
