A little nervous...
Kewl thanks for the assistance. Don't know if it means anything but I'm 36, weigh 216 and 6' 2" and I workout twice a week for an hour. 20 minutes eliptical, 20 on stair stepper and the rest situps and weights 2 reps of 15.
