Early Harvest question
Seems I got a girl that is showing red hairs early in the flower stage. Day 42 flower. The genetic strain is Sweet Tai. Previous Tai same batch of seeds went 58 days. This one is really showing lots of orange/red hairs already. Is it possible it might be maturing faster than normal? I have used the microscope and all the heads are clear at this time but I am seeing an alarming rate of red hairs each day that passes. Any ideas?

Early Harvest question
I had some Fruity Thai that ripened early as well. Yet my Sensi Star and White Widow flowered on time. They were all started at the same time and were on the same feed schedule and light cycles. It was definitely a head scratcher, but I didn't mind. The only thing I did different with them was I put them on the perimeter of the lights in bud stage as they were taller than the rest of my girls. I don't know if this was a contributing factor or not. Less light = Earlier ripening??? Who knows?

Early Harvest question
Well Brother, I have the scope and have learned about the % you want with amber and cloudy so I guess I will just go off that. I don't want couch lock. I do however want to hit that perfect window. I am only growing one plant. For personal... 400 HPS it seems to be the shoots below the cola that have all the red hairs although the cola is getting some red hairs too. Maybe I should cut the smaller colas and let the cola wait the full term as this late in the game I dont think there could be to much stress as it is only 2 weeks to what the strains maturity window calls for....
Thanks for the comment others are welcome!

Early Harvest question
You dont judge ripeness by the hairs... only by the trichs.
The hairs arent getting you high, the chemicals in those little bubbles are.
Go by the trichs and there will be no guesswork. You will be dissapointed if you harvest too early.
