just went through the same...I grow coco as well. A layer about 1 inch deep of fine play sand over the top of my coco ( pain to water, but the gnats can't crawl through the sand) yellow sticky traps...that should do it...I also used safer soap, but since your in flower I would cautiously use. Fortunately fungus gnats aren't that damaging, but annoying
