Hey Copobo,
I suffer from back/knee pain. I have a high tolerance myself and have found that mixing 2 meds that are usually effective for the pain and topping them with a little bit of Blueberry hash does the trick for those spikes of pain. There's plenty that are helpful and it's always best to try them all IMO to see what works best...but a strain that's been doing a great solo job for me lately is Sweet Tooth. It's effective at helping the pain without knocking me out. Hope this helps, and again I urge you to try them all since we're all different
