Well, I'm now thoroughly convinced it's a deer causing my problems. They sprung up pretty good and are real hedges from all the munching. My nicest afghani was a male but what can you do? That repellant was supposed to last up to 2 months, more like 2 weeks. My white widow was doing real good again and got munched. They didn't get eaten as bad, but enough. The deer aren't eating my bagseed so they're looking phenominal. Took some pics I'll post soon. All and all they're putting up a good fight and I'll be happy if I have enough smoke for call of duty on the weekends, lol. You can't complain if you get a year's supply for 200 bucks and a little effort.
the86thcreator Reviewed by the86thcreator on . NY Grow Okay, so, I have 2 patches going. White widow, afghani, TNR, and some bagseed. This has been a miserable year so far. I started the seeds the first week of May, planted them the 2nd week of May, and it's been an uphill battle. After a couple of weeks of getting situated to their new digs a woodchuck chewed them down to nothing. Finally they came back... and he chewed them down again. Again, they came back and were looking good two weeks ago and I was hoping they would have their peak growth all Rating: 5

Okay, well, the first one is my remaining white widow patch from joey weed seeds, the 2nd is my TNR patch from K.C. Brains (looks close to pure sativa),3rd is a pic of bagseed with crazy branching from all the munching, 4th is another bagseed with some fat leaves and the 5th is an afghani male I had the displeasure of disposing of. Hope you like, there's more.

The 1st is a beautiful afghani that turned male, 2nd is a bagseed which was knocked over and is now forming tons of branches growing up like a trellis , the 3rd is just cool(love sativas), and the 4th is what happens when deer attack Well I hope you've enjoyed. All the males are popping up now so in a week or two they'll start flowering, the afghani will finish mid september, everything else round' october. They should have been giants by now, but I'ma make some lemonade. Will update in a week or 2, peace

The deer problems have ceased and they blew up, all that munching has made them hedges. They're all around 5ft now and the afghani is the furthest along with only 4 or 5 wks to go. I'll post pictures if you guys want.

Just FYI, take a piss everytime you get there, or just piss in a bottle and bring it. The testosterone will keep everything away except for bucks during the rut(you got a bit), lol then it will piss them off. But male urine does the trick to everything else, even bucks when it isn't the rut. Also, just touch things when you go there, we can't smell us, but they can. Either way, looking very nice, seems to be a legit spot.

if deer are a concern take a bottle of vanilla extract and drop some on the ground on trees etc away from your grow....the deer will go towards that instead of the mj...

Thanks, dudes, but I think what's happened is the grass has become less palatable as it flowers and gets bitter-tasting. I'm just glad it stopped, I'll have to take preemptive measures next year though as it's nearly impossible to stop them once they've found their feeding grounds. Thanks for the tips.
