So I smoked about 13 days ago. I'm not a regular smoker, i do it every now and then, which is like a span from weeks to months. I recently got a call about a job offer, but i'm going to have to take a drug test on monday if i want the job. Since the last time I smoked i have done some working out here and there, and drank nothing but gatorade. I bought a Dr Greens cleansing softgel one drop pill from a shop around here, hoping it will help with the test. Has anyone used this pill before? And are there any tips for what else i should do? I plan on going to the track to run tomorrow and sunday to get some good exercise.

Go to the drug store and buy a test kit and see if your clean now. If it barely shows a line and takes forever to appear you might sneak through on Monday.
Do some creatine research on the forums, lots of good information here.

If not stall a day or two for safety.

Many factors determine how fast your body cleans itself.

i bought a self test as well. i'll try using it later tonight.

also, if it helps i'm 5'6" and weigh about 150lb.

okay, i tried out the self tester, and i passed, but barely. I think by monday I'll be okay hopefully.
