Respect to those producers who care. I'm sure there are many. They are tied to ridiculous laws too, it seems.

In many states unrooted clones (snips, cuts, etc) are not legally counted as a "plant". I wonder if the same goes for NM? Is "clone" specifically defined in this legislation?

I talked to one produer and he told me that is dose count in there 95 plant limit

I have not been able to get any clones from any producer as of yet I started 2 plants from seed about 1 month ago I know it was late in season but if all works out I will try to clone off of those plants .It is AK48 hope they are females.If all works out well I will be willing to share clones with other card holders.

And one is in my county!!!!!!!! Lea county is like 90 miles long, so travel is no longer an issue....Im so fuckin stoked!!! Damn that's the kinda news I needed today.

Do you know in what city, in Lea county that provider is in, the only one I have found is in Carlsbad. I know the news said there was supose to be one in Lea County but I haven't had any luck in locating the one from Lea County. Thanks for your help.

I can understand them trying to stay under the radar, but when the DOH is top secret on their location it does make it difficult for one to get this much needed medicine, without having to pay for a deleivery charge.

LOL as far as I know Healthy Education Society Has an Albuquerque address listed on our list of providers from DOH.
