I hate to tell you this, Bullshit! maybe the Bar goes this far for attorneys almost, I had freinds that worked at Rocky Flatts and had access to nuclear material and they never had to go through this kind of scrutiny.

I think what you say is possibly true. Rocky Flats closed twenty years ago when employee scrutiny was much more lax than today. A google search indicates that standards are more strict now in nuclear facilities, civilian and military.
...unless you're talking about the Rocky Flats Lounge, which was an ok place to get lit.

Well yea, you're around kids all day. Not to mention you are comparing apples to oranges, one is getting hired as a profession, the other is attempting to become a small business owner. Small businesses are what keeps the gears turning in this country and should never be discouraged as the case here.
