Hi! The mail for your checking account...does it have your new current address on it? If so, then yes that is sufficient enough to get a california i.d. Be patient though. There's another person on here that is having a difficult time, and the dmv will frustrate the hell out of you. What county are you in? There are so many doctors out here, so it's probably best to google your area and see what's closest to you.
