Take a look at some of the other threads floating around. Lots of talk about it if you'd look.

A lot of logs started with the 90w UFO, not many finished. Can't even remember the last time I saw one actually go from start to finish. Stay away from the crap on ebay.

I think people are scared to spend that kinda money on LED and are afraid their plants will yield much less.

LEDs work, but people aren't doing homework.

LEDs give a lot less room for error if you are building your own system. You have to get the right nm wavelengths that HID lighting does automatically, but inefficiently. LEDs are better then HIDs on paper, and can work very well if you do it right.

Most LED panels suck. Seriously. I design the things, and I've pulled out so much hair (literally) at the dumb crap most of the panel makers do that I truly have a small bald spot in my crown whorl.

For vegetative purposes, a 90w LED panel will do as well as a 400w HPS. For yield, no way in hell will a 90w match a 400w HPS. You need bare minimum 200w LED to start matching a 400w HPS in yield, and even then I'd recommend about 270w.

The white leaves could be from light bleaching. Try raising the light. There could also be something else going on, but without more information and pics it's impossible to tell you. There is a Plant Problems section here, you can always start a thread including the Copy-and-Paste troubleshooting form and attach some pics

    Yep,... what he said.

I've got his 120w panel in my veg area, and it's rocking much better than my 400w Hortilux"Blue" MH that I had. Good investment after just a month.

I've followed a couple of his threads thru flowering, and have to agree, need LOTS of LED to flower. So I"m sticking to HPS for flower,.... for now.
