A lot of people will say different things and it wont hurt to try all of em (i.e. cranberry juice, vinegar, or whatever people say nowadays). IMO i think drinking a shit load of water a day will be best, preferably very cold water up to 12-14 glasses of water a day. Make sure your piss is white throughout the day and make sure you dont drink right after eachother. Space them out and take sips throughout the day. Dont overdo it. Another thing is walk around and exercise as much as you can, try to sweat a lot. Also as dirty as this sounds it can be ur lifesaver, diarrhea. It really helps, you can buy diet tea made to cause diarrhea. It really helps getting fat outta your body. These are my thoughts and advice many people can/will disagree with this but like i said earlier, it wont kill you to try everything out. Goodluck!!
