Drinking water is only good on the day of the U/A. Drinking a bunch of water days before the U/A is of no help. It may cause frequent urination, but it has no effect on the rate in which the kidneys filter the THCA from the bloodstream.

Sweating is hardly of any help because very little THCA is excreted via sweat. You can sweat enough to fill a 5 gallon bucket, the amount of THCA being excreted will still be miniscule. The rest is being excreted via the urine and bowels.
