1st ebb/flow grow
4 weeks into flowering and just pretty much been on auto pilot. Still changing rez once a week and following the nutes schedule on the bottle. I have said this before and will say it again, I will not mix up strains next time, will just go with one stain next grow. My sativa plants are not getting the light they should in the middle to lower part of the plants.
Things smelling good in the room

If you continue to have problems with light getting to the lower end then come harvest time you do have an alternative. If you have such a big difference from top of plant to bottom then when time harvest the top of the plant that is finished and leave the bottom half to finish. I did this in my tent just to see if it would benefit the grow and it sure did. No more lil fluff buds from the lower end.

1st ebb/flow grow
2 weeks from harvest and I think I am on the home stretch with no major issues and this happens.......I go into my grow room and two of my biggest plant are bent in half on the floor!! I went in the tent and straighten them back up with string at the top of the tent but I hope they are not fucked, they were bent over for about 8 hours. I also put support string on all other plants.
Both got pinched pretty good half way up and the main stem but like I said I straighten them out. I will keep an eye on them but hope they are OK??
Never thought of tomato cages but will get those next time, just pissed me off that this happened. You get soooo close and this happens.

just try not to bend then around any more than needed to get them tied up,it happens in mother nature and its just stress and makes it better.

Thanks for the feedback and yep I think I have them tied up good enough and just going to let them be until harvest.

I was so happy with the bud size on my plants and never thought they would bend over like that. I remember reading your post about yours doing that but thought to myself "I am OK". Next grow I will used support/cages.

Wow, your grow looks impressive! You must be proud of your accomplishments !
Nice !
The photos of the plants you posted have the wrinkly & claw appearance
that i've been worrying about for the last month and it apparently is NORMAL !

the "wrinkly and claw " appearance is a sign of too much nutrients. I too also followed the recommended amounts on the bottle labels when I first started growing. What I have learned is " Less is More ". You also have to remember that every strain is not going to be able to handle going full strength with the nutrients. It is basically a learning process to see what the plant can handle, and if the leaves start curling, you should cut back on the nutes.
You will be able to tell by looking at the new growth if the changes you make are effective.
