That just shows that the plant CAN flower, seeing as that is outside, I can't really tell when your plant will begin to flower and show sex, but you can look it up at Monthly Sunrise Sunset Calendar. Should give you a good idea. Just look for when the sunset/rise are the same(or around) times.
