I think you are right. It was probably over-watering. It definitely wasn't the nutes because I haven't given them any. I read here that the soil you get from the store has about 3 weeks worth of nutes. I have however purchased Jack's Dynamic Duo and am a little scared of overusing it even though the listed nutrients are exactly what cannabis needs. It's almost like it was made for it.
