Need help/advice please

I am a new member to these boards and am really excited to hear what others have to say regarding my problem.

I have a drug test on Monday (July 12th) that i found out about today. I have been smoking (cannabis) almost everyday (probably a bowl or two nothing crazy) for a while (6 months - 1 year). I am about 5'5 and weigh about 180 pounds. I really need this job and have no clue what to do. I have been researching several options but do not know which one to choose. I am going to try and push the test to the following week if possible, but if not i wanted to know what my options may be. I'm hoping someone will be able to help.

When was your last toking session?

It was this morning around 11 am (cst). I think i can get the test moved to the following Monday (July 19th) if all goes well. What is a good period (days) to not smoke before a drug screening? All options are welcome (for both this monday and next monday). I just started doing the research today about different options but all sound like they are not 100% which i understand. Also, if it is moved should i not smoke at all during the time between now and the test or do i have a few days to work with (bud smoker mentality).

Got it rescheduled for the 22nd or 23rd now...had one last bowl this morning (not that big) what would you recommend i do? Any detox products or dilute? I will drink a lot of water for the time being.

So my test is gonna be on the 23rd...which will be the 15th day since I last smoked...I have been drinking water/cranberry juice and started working out which i never really did (running...etc). I am going to get a home drug test kit from walgreens and try it sometime next week...but if i fail...which i'm pretty sure i will...what would you recommend i do...I have not got a response in a while...i am open to whatever may work... I've read the dilution sticky and it seems like the most successful...or would you recommend some type of detox method...i went to a headshop and was recommended statflush...don't know how reliable that stuff is...also what day should i take the self test and should it be the first piss of the day? Thank you all!
