Hope his mom doesn't scare all the sensitive types that inhabit California. Ive seen the guy in numerous movies and documentaries and his cause is a noble one......he's the kinda nerdy looking guy in a wheelchair? Wears glasses? We'll get this stuff on the ballots here in Texas soon enough.......came THIS close to electing a mayor who was for decriminalization.
Question for those legal beagels on here.......if my state decriminalized marijuana.....would I be able to go back and try to remove misdemeanor marijuana convictions from my criminal record? Even if they were like 11 years ago?
