3.Prop 19 to win
Plus 1 Boxer to retatn her Senate Seat

A great percentage of todays youth dont know what this is, and what it signifies, i asked one of my friends and he said something along the lines of that was along time ago, when it only began ten years ago(or was supposed to, better late than never), and didn't know what it meant
