Hope his mom doesn't scare all the sensitive types that inhabit California. Ive seen the guy in numerous movies and documentaries and his cause is a noble one......he's the kinda nerdy looking guy in a wheelchair? Wears glasses? We'll get this stuff on the ballots here in Texas soon enough.......came THIS close to electing a mayor who was for decriminalization.
Question for those legal beagels on here.......if my state decriminalized marijuana.....would I be able to go back and try to remove misdemeanor marijuana convictions from my criminal record? Even if they were like 11 years ago? Or is there a statute of limitations?Islandborn Reviewed by Islandborn on . 19 Could Be Marijuana That Determines the November Election Published Published June 30th, 2010 The wild card in Novemberā??s election is marijuana. How much more money Meg Whitman spends on her gubernatorial campaign is significant but the kind of voters drawn to the polls by Proposition 19, which legalizes marijuana and allows localities to tax and regulate it, may be the determining factor. how is that battle going, eb? from I've heard both Jerry and Meg are trying to distance themselves from the prop. Its been a looong time since I lived out there but wasn't Brown the mayor of Oaksterdam right after Prop 215 who deputized the dispensary workers to protect them from shrub's gestapo? if so that was really cool of him. but don't tell anyone tho, he might get hammered in the prohib media if they knew that.

Whitmans winning currently. Rasmussen has it Whitman 51% and Brown 43%....others have it closer....averaged together its a dead heat.
RealClearPolitics - Election 2010 Governor Races
Considering the economic tsunami California is in, it would be fiscaly stupid to go after the marijuana industry, the same applies nationwide. I firmly believe 75% of the nation from all sides. believe marijuana should be legalized.

Well, literally every single day the news gets worse for Democrats in just about every state........if things continue in this manner the Democrats could suffer the biggest electoral mid-term defeat in American History.
The Dems will lose the House......the Senate is a toss-up still but VERY,VERY, CLOSE.
